Who we are
Passix Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company no. 17540411. These terms cover any work you book with us. You can reach us at bookings@passix.co.uk.
Each job
Before we start, we agree the scope and price of each job with you in writing; email is fine. If that written scope says something different from these terms, the written scope wins.
The Passix guarantee
A pass, or you don’t pay. It covers social deliverables in the scope we agreed in writing. If a deliverable doesn’t pass the checks agreed in that scope, we fix it.
The guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Broadcast deliverables, unless we’ve agreed and quoted them separately in writing.
- Work that needs new source material, a re‑grade, a re‑shoot or a new edit outside the agreed brief.
- Files that arrive late or incomplete, or without the working files the job needs.
- A brief that changes after we’ve agreed the scope.
- Translations. We build localised versions from the text you supply, and we don’t check it.
If we can’t get a file to a pass
If we can’t get a file to a pass within the agreed scope, we’ll tell you in writing which issues are blocking and why. You won’t pay for that file. If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund it.
Your files
You confirm you have the right to send us your materials and for us to use them for the job. We use them only to do the work and keep them confidential. Once you have paid, the delivered files are yours to use.
Liability
Our total liability for a job is limited to the price of that job. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
